Kokare Residence

A contemporary villa in a plotted development with an existing view from the rear of the plot. The Contemporary design carries forward into the interiors with an open floor layout and huge double shuttered glazed facades. The villa was to reflect the modern lifestyle of its occupants. While the structure is stilted to accommodate parking, the curved external staircase seeks to ground the entire structure whilst lending character to the façade.
