A villa designed for a family relocated from Mumbai seeking the ‘quality of life’ that Goa has to offer. The land is part of a plotted development but fortunately placed along the edge of the development on a slope with a green zone adjacent to it. The house has thus been designed to respond to the view and the green zone. The contours of the land have been integrated in the design such that a basement/stilt area is formed taking care of the services whilst the living spaces enjoy a great vantage point.
