Calangute Cottage Resort

A conceptual design / masterplan for a beach touching property in Calangute to illustrate its potential. Prefab- wooden cottages and structures were proposed to be used to reduce the footprint and on-ground intervention. With the area falling under the Coastal regulation zone, the structures were to be designed keeping in mind the projects impact on the ecology.
