Hotel Gautam Pool Villas

This was a redesign project wherein the project of 10 pool villas was already approved. However the Client wanted a redesign of the project keeping the footprint and masterplan the same. Complete revision of the interiors and the exterior look was to be done keeping the footprint and the approved parameters the same. The structures already approved, were circular in plan and as such we worked out a Mediterranean/ Greek styling in terms of a design solution. We provided a dome for the roof which were to mimic the blue domes often seen in coastal Greek. The rest of the structure was to be white plastered.
